Purchasing on account is only available after a credit check. Payment is due within 10 days without deductions.

Shipping

Parcel Shipping via DPD or UPS

Free delivery within Germany for orders above €200 net (excluding express or island surcharges).
Used and demo machines are excluded. Shipping costs for these are €168.00 net within Germany.
For orders within Germany, standard shipping costs €6.95 net.

Surcharges (Oversized Items, Islands)

Island surcharge: + €7 net; express delivery is not available.
Packages 1.20 m to 1.75 m in length: + €6 net (e.g., paper rolls, roll holders, document protection sleeves).
Packages 1.76 m and longer: + €35 net.

Express Shipping via DPD/UPS

Express shipping is available for in-stock items. Orders placed by 12:00 PM on a business day will be processed the same day. Express delivery options (not available for islands):

DPD/UPS Express by 6:00 PM (next business day): + €6.00 net.
DPD/UPS Express by 12:00 PM (next business day): + €9.00 net.
DPD/UPS Express by 8:30 AM (next business day): + €39.00 net.
Saturday Delivery (from 7:30 AM): + €24.00 net.

Freight Shipping within Germany

New machines are shipped according to the "Free Curbside Delivery" terms of the German Freight Forwarders Standard Terms and Conditions. This includes transport and unloading of goods at the address provided. The goods will be unloaded from the vehicle but will not be carried into the residence or business premises.

Freight shipping surcharge: €149 net for roll units and stands.
A valid phone number is required for freight shipments. The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, please contact the freight company immediately or authorize a representative to receive the delivery. A second delivery attempt, if necessary, will incur a fee of €32.50 to €89.00.

We offer shipping within the EU. The shipping costs are specified for each item or can be requested from us.
