1-Year Bring-In Warranty

Colortrac guarantees the defect-free condition of the product hardware within the warranty period. If a defect occurs during this time, the device must be sent in at the customer's own cost and risk. If a defect is confirmed, it will be repaired free of charge. This warranty covers only defects caused by material or manufacturing faults and does not cover wear and tear. A warranty repair is only provided upon presentation of the original invoice or purchase receipt. 

• Warranty period: 1 year from the date of purchase. 
• Warranty claims expire 6 months after the buyer becomes aware of the defect.
